home sick from hell, i mean, school. first day back and i already want to ditch. i'm just going to zone out, it works. so i am supposed to be resting, getting some needed shut eye (this insomnia is doing me in) but here i am, updating for my lovely ladies. after this i'll have a smoke, shower, rest with my books, orm aybe in a different order, i don't know yet. so anyways, nothing yet today except for a vitamin and i don't intend on anything other than cold water, hot tea, and the occasional bits of celery. if i can make it 'til the end of the day, it's only 29 days left. haha not the easiest task in the world but i can do it. sometimes i'm going to have to eat a little, to satisfy my mom and when i go to my dad's. but if it's too much i'll work it off or puke it up. hopefully i'll convince me mom to bring me to join the gym today, and then if there's a snow day tomorrow, i'll get a ride to and from and work my heart out! that'd be very very very nice, i need to exercise. luckily i have an excuse today, i don't feel good so i don't feel like eating, maybe i can through with that tomorrow too. okay i have some tips because we all love tips...
**What to do when you're forced to be weighed (meaning when you're underweight and at the doctor's, nutritionist etc so as to avoid getting in trouble or causing concern)** -Drink as much water as you can before an appointment and hold your bladder until after you're weighed; the water in your system will add some pounds to the scale -Layer your clothes. Wear an undershirt, a sweater, a coat, a scarf, heavy pants (corduroy works well) etc. It'll bring the number up. -Fill your pockets, shoes, or anywhere you can fit something with weighty objects; like rocks, books, water bottles, paperweights etc.
